Delivery Information

We deliver fresh flowers throughout London and the South East, 7 days a week (subject to availability and seasonal demand).

Delivery Dates & Timing

We understand how important timing can be, particularly for special occasions and funerals.

You may request a preferred delivery date and time window. While we make every reasonable effort to meet requested times, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Funeral Flower Deliveries

For funeral orders, we can liaise directly with the named funeral director to arrange delivery at the appropriate time.

Once flowers have been delivered to the funeral director or designated venue, responsibility for the goods transfers to the recipient or venue.

We recommend placing funeral orders with sufficient notice to allow secure sourcing of specific flower varieties.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place at the delivery address

  • Leave with a neighbour

  • Attempt redelivery (additional delivery charges may apply)

We are not responsible where:

  • Incorrect delivery details are provided

  • Access is restricted (e.g., gated properties, flats without entry access)

  • The recipient has moved or refuses delivery

Responsibility for the flowers passes once delivery has been completed at the address provided.

Perishable Goods

Flowers are perishable products.

Upon delivery or collection, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure proper care and storage. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, heat exposure, or environmental conditions after delivery.

Flower Care Guidance

To maintain freshness:

  • Store flowers in a cool, dry place

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources (radiators, vents, fireplaces)

  • Avoid placing near ripening fruit, which releases ethylene gas that accelerates ageing

  • Keep water clean and topped up where applicable

White Flowers

White flowers are particularly delicate and may show signs of wilting or natural discolouration more quickly than other varieties. For this reason, we recommend scheduling delivery as close as possible to the event date.

Natural variations in colour and lifespan are part of working with fresh, seasonal flowers.

Complaints & Quality Issues

If you believe your flowers have arrived damaged or are not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
