All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full or part no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
All prices that are quoted verbally, via email or in writing are valid for 14 days only.
We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the Bellapetals website and brochures.
Once the order has been agreed, Bellapetals will confirm the order with an official invoice. If you have not received the invoice within 3 days, it is your responsibility to inform Bellapetals so the invoice can be resent. After 3 days Bellapetals will assume the invoice has been received.
For orders agreed up to 72 hours prior to delivery date, Bellapetals will confirm the order verbally with you. The invoice will be sent within 3 days of agreeing the order. Normal payment terms and conditions apply.
Once you have agreed and placed an order with Bellapetals, you will be the sole contact person with Bellapetals for any corresponding issues. Any third party requests will not be accepted.
It is important to be aware that once an invoice has been issued to you, you will be entering into a legal contract with Bellapetals. It is your responsibility to ensure the invoice contains the correct items for order and is fully paid by the due date.
All floral product images, descriptions and specifications on our website and brochures are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods, the final floral arrangements you receive may look different from our photographs. Whilst we endeavour to show an accurate colour image, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the actual goods you receive and the image that you see.
White flowers can turn brown very quickly. We will recommend a suitable delivery or collection date to ensure the flowers stay fresh. After receipt of white flowers, you must ensure the white flowers are kept in a cold room and away from any heat sources. Once the white flowers have been delivered to the customer, the flowers become the property of the customer. Bellapetals will not be held liable if the flowers turn brown while in your possession.
Certain colours of flowers are not readily available and may require at least 7 days’ notice to ensure the flowers are sourced and delivered from our suppliers in good time. If adequate time is not provided, then Bellapetals will offer alternatives or at their discretion use the next available colour or flower type in order to meet your request.
White flowers can be sprayed to different colours i.e. orange and blue. Bellapetals will not accept any liability in the event the sprayed flowers change colour or do not appear as intended. Any orders accepted by Bellpetals to spray white flowers are done so at customer’s risk.
During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including full postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
Please note that Bellapetals is only responsible for delivering to the address you provide (or to a neighbour if no one is at home), we regret that where the flowers have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the flowers.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by our negligence. Every attempt will be made to ensure your order is delivered on the requested delivery date and time. Where this is not possible, Bellapetals will advise of suitable times and dates.
Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 5 working days before the intended delivery date. After the 5th day has passed, cancellation charges will be applicable.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
5 days prior to delivery date: No charge, deposit will be refunded if paid
4 days prior to delivery date: 25%
72 Hours prior to delivery date: 50%
48 Hours prior to delivery date: 75%
24 Hours prior to delivery date: 100%
All invoices due must be settled within 7 days of due date on invoice. If no payment is received within the 7 day period, you will be liable to pay an additional 10% of the total amount due. Beyond the 7 day period, if no payment is received within 14 days then you will be liable to pay an additional 20% of the total amount due.
After the 14 day settlement period has passed, Bellapetals will instruct legal proceedings to reclaim the outstanding invoice amount and any expenses incurred in reclaiming the outstanding amount.
Hire of equipment
If your order with Bellapetals includes the supply of vases then please note the following conditions:
A holding deposit may be required to cover any loss or damage while in your possession. This will be returned once the hire equipment has been returned in the condition received.
You shall be solely responsible for any hired equipment, not the reception / event venue / hotel / or any other third party whom shall take possession of the hired equipment. The customer shall be alone responsible for insuring the hired equipment is kept in good order from the time of receipt of delivery until back into the possession of Bellapetals.
Any damage to hired equipment or missing equipment will be charged to you at the market rate.
